Venue: Regent's University London, Knapp Gallery
You are invited to the first in a series of presentations from academics/practitioners in the area of psychology and psychotherapy. The first discussion (by Dr Lisa Doodson) will explore the most recent research on stepfamily development and help practitioners consider how they might incorporate these concepts into their own practice.
The talks are an opportunity for alumni from RSPP/SPCP to learn more about an area where they have unique expertise. You will be able to ask questions and of course consider how your own practice might benefit.
This session will be of interest to all alumni who work in psychology, counselling and psychotherapeutic roles but also anyone who is simply interested in understanding more about this fastest growing family type. It is estimated that 1 in 3 families may now be considered a stepfamily so it probably affects most of us in one way or another.
Please register here if you want to attend this exciting event followed by a drinks reception.
