Academic Regulations

The Regent’s University London Academic Regulations contain all the academic regulations and procedures which constitute the University's framework for quality and standards. The 2016-17 version of the Academic Regulations takes effect from 1 September 2016 until 31 August 2017.

 

Staff and students are expected to consult the Academic Regulations in the first instance for any queries relating to academic regulatory matters. The Academic Regulations are made up of eight sections as follows, sections A to H can be found using the links on this page:

Academic Regulations

General Regulations that apply to students across all Levels including:

  • List of Regent’s University London Programmes and Progressions and / or Awards to which they lead.
  • Minimum study requirements and allowable Recognition of Prior Learning.
  • Breaks in Studies and withdrawal from a programme.

These regulations apply to students at Level 3 on the Framework for Higher Education Qualifications (e.g. Foundation programmes):
