Advice and guidance

At Regent’s University London our aim is to provide the most supportive and personal experience possible, underpinned by our unique international ethos. If you are applying for a Tier 4 visa, you will be in good company: few institutions in the world have 140 nationalities represented in their student body.

Considering our small size, this figure is especially striking. Around half of our students come from the UK and Europe, while the other half come from countries across the globe, bringing a rich diversity to campus life, and exposing staff and students to a wide variety of language and cultural perspectives, for which Regent’s is famous. Maintaining this variety in our profile is important to us: there are no dominant nationalities on campus, and we actively recruit in many countries around the world.

The Student Immigration Advisory Service at Regent’s

Our Student Immigration Advisory Service offers a free service to all current and potential students in relation to student immigration and visa services. Our integrated service covers Tier 4 applications, Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies (CAS) processing, and work options after study.

Our staff are regulated to give immigration advice under guidelines from the OISC (the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner), an independent organisation that monitors immigration advice and services in the UK.

Student spotlight

Regent’s has an extremely diverse student body and, coming from an international background myself, I felt it would be an atmosphere I would fit into well. Mixing with people from across the globe with different cultural backgrounds automatically makes you more open-minded. You learn to understand different ways of thinking.
