Sports and fitness

We encourage all our students to be active and healthy and can offer advice and support to help you achieve your health, fitness and sporting goals. You can choose from a variety of options, including team sports, fitness classes and other well-being initiatives.

Regent’s competitive sports teams include football, basketball and polo. There are also many opportunities to participate in other sports, such as table tennis, golf, and running and should you wish to pursue any of these sports competitively we will assist you in creating a club at university or joining a locally based set-up.

A range of fitness sessions are also available within the provision of sport and fitness and include yoga, Pilates, Zumba, boxercise, body pump and running.

Gym

The University’s gym provision is situated with a locally based external provider who offer a substantial discount on memberships for Regent’s University London students.

Regent’s Place Health Club is based only a short walk from the Park Campus.

The private members club offers a range of resistance, cardiovascular and personal training and also a wide range of studio classes such as spinning, pilates and high-energy strength and conditioning sessions.

Their welcoming and friendly team are passionate about supporting students to enhance their fitness during their studies and are positioned to offer you the very best provision accessible for Regent’s University London students.
