The BA (Hons) Global Management with Pathways is carefully structured to offer you an integrated and holistic approach to management studies. It builds your skills across four complementary areas of management practice, after which you follow a specialist pathway.
The programme not only taps into current trends, but also looks to the future, allowing you to study subjects that are highly relevant in today’s competitive workplace and prepare to manage changing future trends.
You will learn the key skills, such as critical thinking and negotiation that are vital to current and future business leaders. You will learn to manage uncertainty and assess risk and become a confident decision-maker. We encourage you to challenge established pre-conceptions and critically question the world around you, developing both resilience and adaptability.
This is a three-year, full time programme.

A wide range of curriculum delivery methods are used on the programme, from traditional lectures and seminars, to technology-supported ‘flipped classroom’ workshops and labs. As you progress through the levels of the programme, the emphasis shifts from learning to analysis and critical appraisal of the subject matter, reflecting your academic and personal development.
We emphasise the practical application of academic learning, always seeking to develop connections between practice and theory. You will explore real-world case studies, visit different organisations around London and hear from regular guest lecturers. You will also have the ability to test your own skills through role plays and experiential learning/simulations, where you have the opportunity to shape the evidence of your own learning.
A wide range of assessment methods are used on the programme. Seen and unseen examinations, presentations, written assignments, portfolio building, group work and business simulations are utilised as modes of assessment.
Substantial emphasis is placed on self-directed learning through assessments and module curriculum.

Diverse employers from small businesses to global companies, in both the private and public sectors will value the wide-ranging knowledge and skills that you will gain from this pathway. In particular your insight into the relationship between leadership and management will be of great value to your employability.
You will be equipped to seek management trainee and junior management positions in areas such as commerce, manufacturing, finance, human resources and IT.
Graduates planning to join their family business will particularly benefit from the leadership element of this pathway to contribute to the overall growth of the organisation they will be joining.
We require a minimum of three passes at GCE A Level at grade C or above, and five passes at GCSE/IGCSE level at grade C or above, including English and Maths. We also accept equivalent qualifications, including:

Please note, if you are applying with a 12-year high school qualification such as an American High School Diploma (without any AP passes), you will normally be required to complete the one-year Integrated Foundation before progressing to your chosen BA (Hons) degree course.
Transfer of credits
If you have already participated in degree-level education, you may be able to transfer some of your credits towards the BA (Hons) Global Management with pathways. Any applicant being considered for Advanced Prior Learning (APL) will be required to have qualifications from another university that are equivalent to the required modules and credits on the BA (Hons) Global Management with pathways.
PLEASE NOTE: Latest update regarding ETS & TOEFL testing – The Home Office has suspended all ETS tests, including TOEFL exams, as evidence of English language ability from new visa applicants.

Therefore, if you are relying on an ETS / TOEFL certificate for Visa purposes please be aware that you will now need to take an alternative English proficiency test.

How to apply

Applying to study at Regent's is a quick and easy process. We accept direct applications, have no formal application deadlines and there is no application fee.
Step 1 Apply

Step 2 Making an offer
We will assess whether you meet our minimum entry requirements and will make you an offer by both email and post, or notify you that you have been unsuccessful. UCAS applicants will also receive official notification via the UCAS system.
If you have completed your education and have met all the entry requirements, you will be sent an unconditional offer. If you still have to finish your exams, or have yet to submit supporting documentation, you will be issued a conditional offer.
You can expect to receive a decision on your application within 10 working days of receipt of your completed application and supporting documents.
Step 3 Accepting the offer

Step 4 Full acceptance and visa
On receipt of your acceptance we will issue the final set of documentation and, where needed, the relevant visa support documentation. To find out if you need a student visa please consult the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) website for current information. (Please note it is your own responsibility to arrange the appropriate visa).
Please be aware, both offer and acceptance of a place at Regent's University London are subject to the rules and regulations relating to Regent's and its courses.
Transfer of credits
To apply for transfer of credit, you must provide detailed descriptions (certified translations where necessary) of any courses taken, and transcripts of relevant grades. Transfer of credit will only be assessed before entry and is at the discretion of Regent's University London. Please note – students may only transfer into Year 1 or Year 2 due to the structure of the programme. Transfer into the final year of the degree programme is not possible.
Tuition fees are set for the University’s financial year which runs from 1 August to 31 July.

Students with three B grades at A-level (or equivalent qualification), and progressing Regent's foundation students who achieve a minimum 70% average across all modules will receive a £1,500 scholarship for each year of their degree programme.
As part of our public benefit commitment, we aim to ensure that students are not deterred from applying to Regent’s University London because of financial difficulties. Each year we offer a number of means-tested University bursaries for full-time study on undergraduate programmes.

The Filippo Corsini Polo Scholarship
The Regent’s polo team has enjoyed considerable success over recent years, with our novice team winning second place in the Schools and Universities Polo Association competition in 2014. From March 2017, Regent’s will host its own annual invitational tournament.
To support the team’s continuous improvement, from 2017 the University will award two polo scholarships each year to students who show both the polo skills and the leadership acumen to help the team’s development.
The scholarship is named in memory of Regent’s student Prince Filippo Corsini, an accomplished equestrian and showjumper, in recognition of his sporting prowess and exceptional leadership skills.
Prince Filippo, the heir to a noble Florentine family, was in his first year of study for the BA (Hons) International Business at the University when his life was cut short by a tragic accident in 2016. The scholarship celebrates Filippo’s life and the promise he showed, both on and off the field.
Regent’s Vice Chancellor Professor Aldwyn Cooper described Filippo as a young man who ‘Epitomised the type of student we seek to recruit to Regent’s. His application to study, enjoyment of sport and leadership in many fields were outstanding.’
Filippo’s tutor, Samantha Lee, said: ‘He proved not only to have a keen business mind, but was also a motivational and supportive team player and an inspiring leader. Filippo achieved a first-class result in the team-working and leadership event and his team named him Most Valued Player.’
